Great service with real humans! Had a good chat with Chad about my new pizza oven, and Laura answered my question trough email. My second big purchase with them, and will always consider Chadwick's & Hack's for my backyard needs!
Jay came to service my fireplace and informed me that there was an electrical safety issue. Two prior companies had failed to advise this and I am very grateful to Jay for fixing it. Great service and my very old fireplace looks awesome!

Once I was satisfied with the information provided, I visited the store in person, and the staff were extremely very friendly and eager to assist.
