The Owner Allen was terrible. Not only did he put my roof vent in the wrong spot, when I offered him more $ to fix it, he said he would but never showed up. Said he would show up on 2 different days and just completely ghosted me. Called and texted to no response each time. Why even tell somebody that you’re going to be there if you’re just going to ghost them?!? What a complete waste of time. I definitely do not recommend this business for any work to be done in your roof. Unprofessional and ignorant.

Needed some quick work done. 1/2hr worth of time. He offered to come on a Sunday. I offered $90. We we're fine with the details. Didn't show on the Sunday. After more than a few texts asking if he's still coming, he said his son had an emergency. I asked if he could come the following day, to which he replied, right away, yes. It's now Monday at 5:40pm. brutal. just brutal. Why even bother saying your coming? Just a waste of time. I definitely do not recommend.
