Our service tech Chris Sargent called to say that he would be here at a certain time and he was! Chris did a great job and was very personable and friendly! This is our second furnace and AC unit. We highly recommend Boostra!!
We needed a new AC after 23 years an our furnace was 36 years old and running on borrowed time, we contacted Boonstra and a tech was out immediately! Thomas the tech was awesome! Explained everything, including the bad news, he told me all the options including replacement. We were set up with Patrick that evening! He walked us through all our options, explaining everything and helped us find what we needed at a good price. Next came Daniel and Kieth the installers. Courteous and professional leaving the job area as clean as it was when they arrived! Overall the whole team from start to finish took care of us and made us comfortable during the whole process thank you Boonstra! Job well done!
