Went there for the first time to get my bird groomed. We booked an appointment the day before. The staff was very welcoming and warm. Krista, who helped with the grooming is very knowledgeable, she patiently answered all our questions, even held my over-anxious bird with a lot of care. Gave us many tips! While doing the beak n nails, she went very slow and used a drill instead of clippers, so that she can stop n check whenever she wants. Prices are very reasonable, only $20 for wings, beak n nail for a cockateil. We later visited the store, its huge n has a few pet birds, fishes, and reptiles for sale. Connor was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of setting up my new tank. He took the time to explain everything, helped me select the right equipment for my setup, and provided excellent advice on stocking the tank with fish and other essentials. His knowledge, patience, and friendly service made the experience easy and enjoyable.
It’s also great to see the store open again after the fire. The team has done an amazing job getting everything back up and running, and it’s clear they’re committed to providing excellent service to the local aquarium community. Thanks again to Connor and the whole team!
