My husband and I were in the store today and Sarah served us. I was looking for a new fitbit watch. Sarah was very helpful in helping me to pick out the right watch. Unfortunately, the watch was not in stock. But, she directed us to a Bestbuy mobile store who had the watch in stock. Thank you Sarah!!!!

I visited this location on Sunday morning to get some new AirPods when I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jakob. If you want top notch customer service look no further than this fine young gentleman!! He made my visit easy and efficient. He was attentive, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable of the product. Wow. I haven’t been this pleased with customer service since the pandemic. I am impressed!!??

This Best Buy helped me so much when doing a manufacture warranty. The manufacturer was making it nearly impossible every step of the way and it was great to have a local store helping me navigate the process and be on my side the whole time. Wonderful customer support all around. I’ll be coming back here for any electronic or appliance need!
