The best vet clinic in Hamilton- especially with dogs like mine who are extremely anxious. They always explain everything in great detail, go above and beyond, and have the most affordable pricing I have seen. You can tell when people are in it for the right reasons, and the staff at Beattie East Hamilton have a clear love and passion for their profession. Very kind staff! Everyone was very understanding and accommodating, and all the staff explained things very well. It was my cat’s very first vet trip ever and they were so sweet and gentle with her. They didn’t try to up sale or add anything unnecessary, no pressures at all. Just straight up care and compassion. I just can’t speak highly enough of all the interactions and care. Just thank you so much to every single member if staff!

Avoid at all costs.
There is a front desk employee (I later learned her name is “Brooke”) who made my experience very unpleasant. She was unprofessional and unkind, which created an uncomfortable environment for those waiting.
Additionally, the office seemed disorganized, as my appointment was delayed by 40 minutes without any acknowledgment or apology from the staff. This lack of communication and courtesy was disappointing.
During my wait, I overheard unprofessional and inappropriate comments, which further affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

This place was the best experience.. I immediately noticed how nice it was when I walked in.. during the appointment, I noticed that the assistants handled my extremely sick cat who is very tempermental during vet visits, really well.. I got bit in the last place I took him to because the staff did not know how to handle him and it was chaotic, and they expected me to do all the work.. but not this place.. they were impressive, and knew exactly how to handle him with care.. the doctor had alot of compassion and and not only was looking out for my cat, but looking out for me as well.. unfortunately, it's the end of life for my fur baby, but I have another cat and will only be using this clinic moving forward.. thank you to everyone at Beattie hospital today.. I was very impressed ?
