Need to start off saying the staff and doctors here are fantastic and the clinic itself is great. I'm very happy with the quality of care for my pets whenever I'm there.
Usually. Brought my cat in for a medical shave because of bad matting during the season change; I know they're not professional groomers, but they offer it and should therefore be able to do it satisfactorily. The job is patchy, left more fur than I expected, and there are definitely some cuts to his nipples from the razor which have been leaving dots of blood on furniture. The worst part? *Four hundred dollars* for a 17 lb cat. I have a vet in my family and I know it's not an easy job or cheap service, but that is INSANE. I really do like this clinic and it pains me to say it but my visit today was seriously so disappointing and at such an outrageous price for such a poor job that I'm actually considering switching to a different clinic altogether.

I apologize I am bad with names. But the receptionist and ACA who helped us when our Butters passed at home were both so amazing. I was frantically calling around to find a place we could afford and Beattie East Hamilton stepped up and gave us such compassionate care. We cannot thank you enough and will cherish the fur clippings and paw prints forever.

We’ve been going to Beattie for over 10 years. Angel - our Argentine Dogo, does not like going to the vets and can be quite the drama queen however, the staff here have shown knowledgeable understanding and patience and were ready for her visit which went great. We had been bringing our dog Gucci here, and I truly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Sofia and every single staff member have always been wonderful, kind, caring, and compassionate. You can genuinely tell how much they care about every pet and family that walks through their doors.
Unfortunately, we recently had to say goodbye to our fur baby. During one of the hardest moments of our lives, the entire team made the experience as peaceful and comforting as possible. They explained every step of the process with patience and compassion, never rushing us, and treated our little guy with such gentleness and love. They even made the room feel special for him, which meant so much to us.
Today, we received a handwritten sympathy card signed by the staff, and it truly touched our hearts. That level of kindness and care is something you don’t forget.
We are so grateful that our little guy received the best care possible throughout his life. Thank you all so much for everything you did for him and for us. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares.
