Richard, the tech I dealt with did a super job in diagnosing the problem with my 2008 Mercedes Benz GL remote key fob. (I used old Dollar Store batteries) I was almost convinced that I would have to buy a new fob from MB at about $1K tax in. ( Few get out the door at MB for less than $1k so I was not surprised at their quote, having dealt with a number of MB dealerships over the 15 years I have owned the vehicle.) Richard charged me $20 + tax. Made my day!!!
