“Went to see Sahaar for an updo for a wedding, she did an awesome job so I decided to book a haircut the next week. It is a lovely atmosphere, you don't feel like you are being rushed, sahaar took the time to listen and give me what I asked for. I have long hair and my previous salon was charging a ridiculous amount for a haircut, Bombshells priced are competitive and the service was awesome ! Thanks again Sahaar, I'll be back again :)“

“I have been going to same hairdresser Jennifer Esteireiro who works at first choice in Georgetown for over 20 years. She is the best hairdresser who can do precision cuts the best. Transitions the bob cut more ways than I can ever imagine. I have sent many friends to her throughout the years and to this day still go to her. So if you want a unique cut, simple cut or color trust me she is the one to try out. From a personal level she is a dear friend now and will last a lifetime. She is fun and enjoyable overall a definite 5 out of 5. I see some not so good reviews and first get there earlier don’t show up last minute. Secondly you have an issue with a cut advise before you leave not once your out I’m certain it can be fixed. And thirdly you are getting a service you pay for this service be exact in what you want done to your hair. I’ve never had a problem with Jen your new go to girl and or speak to the hairdresser with kindness and it will be returned.“

I think it’s totally worth I travel 60Km to get my nails done by Cathy ❤️ I just wish I’m able to add some videos to this review so you all could see how beautiful these cateye nails are ?? also the most important thing is, they are super clean and hygienic. I was the last client today and while Cathi was doing my nails I just watched how the other staff were cleaning the tables and tools properly with sanitizer before they left. ? “UPDATE: I was invited back today to the salon by Michael to do a correction/ redo for the Keratin treatment . I will not wash my hair for three days so don’t know the result BUT I am happy that the salon took ownership and showed superb customer service. So thank you for that. I also had my haircut today by Soha who was incredible as usual and gave me a wonderful style after the keratin treatment. Based on this I am changing my rating to 5 star.I have been to this salon before and have been happy with their cut. However, this time round I went for Keratin treatment and was extremely disappointed. Other than the fact that I came early for my appointment (as requested by the salon over a phone call in the morning), but was made to wait way over my original appointment time.When I reminded Alexi at the reception that you had asked me to come early but I don’t see the reason why I took off work early she was quite dismissive and rude. Secondly, the technician/ stylist Soha informed me that they have run out of the chemical that they use for keratin treatment due to supplier issues (cost $250/- lasting 3-6 months) but have another keratin treatment that cost $125/- but lasts 1-2 months and will take care of 50% to 70% of the frizz. As I had already vested so much of my time I agreed and proceeded. I noted that Soha just kept the solution/ spray used in my hair for 15 minutes and then washed it off. It looked fine at that point as she used a flat iron to straighten it. She made me purchase special shampoo and conditioner for the treatment and told me not to wash my hair for 3 days. I followed these instructions to the tee. I would have been happy if there was any percentage of frizz decreasing however there was absolutely ZERO PERCENT improvement- literally zilch, nada, sifar. I am so disappointed and discouraged - and not to mention depressed “
