My aesthetician Lauren has always been warm, personable, and professional and made me feel comfortable whether I am getting the same service or trying something new. Any questions I have are answered with thorough knowledge of the products and procedures. They provide a variety of different services besides the typical mani/pedi/hair removal including various facials, peels, and IPL treatment which is great. “EDIT: After this happened in December 2023, the assistant manager called me after seeing this review and took the initiative to investigate what happened and do something about it, which I appreciated so much. I decided to go back yesterday since I was happy with the assistant manager reaching out. I booked in with someone different and was very happy with my service and the person I booked with. It was a much better experience. When I went to pay, I was also pleasantly surprised that I was provided with a 50% off discount due to my previous experience. I just want to publicly thank the folks who did what they could to fix the situation.I booked a wax in and have been booking in with various staff for years. I have been getting this particular type of wax for even longer. For the first time ever I was told that the hair I had was too long and because of this I couldn’t receive my full service because her next client was already there. The technician said she would see about additional discounts, which were not provided. I was charged for the lesser service. Needless to say, I wont be going back after this experience. I would rather find a place that gives all their clients the same experience they were expecting.“
