“Had fantastic experiences at Classical Aesthetics. Always welcomed as soon as I walk in and am offered a beverage by the staff to enjoy during my service. My aesthetician Lauren has always been warm, personable, and professional and made me feel comfortable whether I am getting the same service or trying something new. Any questions I have are answered with thorough knowledge of the products and procedures. They provide a variety of different services besides the typical mani/pedi/hair removal including various facials, peels, and IPL treatment which is great. The spa itself appears organized and service areas are clean and prepared for whatever you wish to get done. I highly recommend checking it out yourself!“

“EDIT: After this happened in December 2023, the assistant manager called me after seeing this review and took the initiative to investigate what happened and do something about it, which I appreciated so much. I decided to go back yesterday since I was happy with the assistant manager reaching out. I booked in with someone different and was very happy with my service and the person I booked with. It was a much better experience. When I went to pay, I was also pleasantly surprised that I was provided with a 50% off discount due to my previous experience. I just want to publicly thank the folks who did what they could to fix the situation.I booked a wax in and have been booking in with various staff for years. I have been getting this particular type of wax for even longer. For the first time ever I was told that the hair I had was too long and because of this I couldn’t receive my full service because her next client was already there. The technician said she would see about additional discounts, which were not provided. I was charged for the lesser service. Needless to say, I wont be going back after this experience. I would rather find a place that gives all their clients the same experience they were expecting.“
