We decided to try Sarmazian's. The selection of tiles and carpets is extremely wide, almost overwhelming. We chose a floor and wall tile for our main bath renovation, but our first floor tile choice did not fit in our decor plan. We had oak flooring installed in a bedroom. In the showroom, Adam was extremely helpful. He knew the various products very well and explained the various qualities of several types of wood with expertise and skill. He never applied any pressure. We had narrowed our selections down to a few shades of oak and he gently steered us to the shade that is perfect with the oak furniture we have in the room. The installers, Minas and Raffi were great. It was clear to us that they were skilled craftsmen. They communicated extremely well with us and answered our questions expertly. We've just finished our 5th tiling project with Therese and couldn't be happier. She was able to make our vision become reality by using her comprehensive product knowledge to select tiles consistent with our ideas, propose alternatives, solve difficulties... all within our budget. As a designer, Therese can bring the new elements that make a look come together. This was our last project, but we will be sure to recommend her without hesitation to anyone planning a tiling project.
