“Just wanted to share how glad we are that we bought a Hy-Grade roof. we purchased our first Hy-Grade roof after Barry Patterson and Linda McCleery came and talked about the roof in the early summer of 2014, and gave us a quote. The Roof was installed that year the foreman name was Norris, who did a great job. We actually became friends with Barry and Linda and they visited us in Florida that winter. In the fall of 2023 we noticed that the roof colour was fading very badly, we called Hy-Grade who sent a rep around to take a look. It was determined that there had been a problem with the paint that was used in manufacturing the year we purchased the roof (2014) and said they would replace the roof. In the summer of 2024 all the materials for the new roof arrived and was stored in our drive way. Toward the end of the summer that year we went to visit family in the USA, upon returning we were pleasantly surprised that the new roof was installed, all paid for by the life time warranty. “We had a bit of an emergency as a piece of aluminum siding came down off of our home the other day(not Alliance’s work, it was the original stuff to our home). Alliance was the first company I called because honestly I have never dealt with this before and I figured at the very least they would refer me to someone like a handyman or something who would handle our type of siding/help.

Office calls me within 15 minutes of me leaving a message and asks for photos so they could know what equipment to bring. I could have cried. Jann gets my info and they send me a quote for the work. I am in full communication with him the whole time. They send out Travis the next day at 8 AM. He arrived on time, I showed him the spot (and then a couple other concerning spots) and he reassured me and gets to work!

Job is done after not long, our home is fixed, and as Travis leaves the invoice is emailed to me. I paid it within 10 minutes of receiving it.
