An amazing place, getting results!I have tried private sessions and group classes here - both very beneficial experiences. I am glad I started with the private sessions, because I was brand new to Pilates, and these sessions gave me the confidence to try a class. I highly recommend this approach.Caitlin has a calming energy, professionalism, and warmth. She is genuine, and actively shares her immense knowledge of how the body moves. I had my first ever Pilates class, I was so nervous but it was such a warm and friendly environment! The ladies who instruct are all so kind and made a new Pilates member feel so welcomed! I can’t recommend Pilates in Guelph enough! The workout was so challenging but grounding. Can’t wait for my next class!

I brought my team to a workshop with Caitlin at Pilates in Guelph and she always delivers. Her energy is calm, she is extremely knowledgeable and we had a great experience. I highly recommend working with Pilates in Guelph.
