We had to put our dog down at the emergency vet, so they were the ones who helped us with the options for cremation. Pretty happy with the way the urn turned out. We have used Gateway since 2012 when our Jack Russell passed. Sadly, our beagle and cat passed away at end of 2023, but gateway made beautiful memorial pieces exactly how we wanted. Staff when picking up was kind and thoughtful.Thank you for making a difficult sad time a comforting and professional experience.
