We had to put our dog down at the emergency vet, so they were the ones who helped us with the options for cremation. Pretty happy with the way the urn turned out. Dates from when she was born to the day she passed and her name was engraved as well. The paw print is just a little too perfect, at first it made me think it was not my dogs paw print. She had fur covering her entire paw so maybe it was shaved beforehand. My dogs ashes came just under a week, which was not expected. Very happy with the fast service. We have used Gateway since 2012 when our Jack Russell passed. Sadly, our beagle and cat passed away at end of 2023, but gateway made beautiful memorial pieces exactly how we wanted. Staff when picking up was kind and thoughtful.Thank you for making a difficult sad time a comforting and professional experience.

In 2022 we said good bye to meiko during covid. They were so awesome in allowing us to say good bye. they were so compassionate caring and let me say good bye to her before they took her. I was a peace knowing in caring hands. Feb 3/24 we said good bye to Peanut too her brother. Feb 5th we took him to gateway JADE was our greeter. Her kindness was so heartwarming. She had his bed ready to take us to the quiet room. Allowing mommy to say good bye with daddy by his side.Thank you for the most amazing caring place. She said take as much time. She came to get him and take him. I called and already knew the process i spoke to a lady which told me they track his every process...read full review
