“We had to put our dog down at the emergency vet, so they were the ones who helped us with the options for cremation. Pretty happy with the way the urn turned out. Dates from when she was born to the day she passed and her name was engraved as well. The paw print is just a little too perfect, at first it made me think it was not my dogs paw print. She had fur covering her entire paw so maybe it was shaved beforehand. My dogs ashes came just under a week, which was not expected. Very happy with the fast service. I’m glad I got this done, my pup will always be here in spirit. The cremation certificate was really nice too. It shows my dogs name and the date she was cremated. The package also comes with a pamphlet on how to deal with grieve and guilt. The price is really not that bad(few hundred dollars), considering pets are expensive in the first place. It truly does break my heart every time I look at the urn. This is definitely not for everyone to do, but I highly recommend getting your pet cremated once they pass and keeping their ashes. It’s a forever memory. Thank you to whoever handled my Bella with care.“
