First On Site handled my recent flood! From the beginning, meeting Josh, he was very helpful knowledgable every step of the way, each crewmember that came in and out of my home was respectful, kind, and caring for my property,
They took time to hear my concerns, fix things that happened along the way or that needed Some extra attention, we had some ups and downs with the flooring, but these guys made sure everything was done properly so that I was happy! First Onsite was extremely impressive on how they handled our “disaster”! They came quick, assessed quickly and got to work even quicker. We had a broken pipe at the back of our toilet literally exploded in the middle of the night! I’m talking instant flood! Our toilet looked like an uncapped fire hydrant. Farzad, our main guy was available every time I had a question or concern. Very professional company. Looking forward to having them finish our restoration.
Nicole from First On-site very quickly visited our home after some water damage from an ice dam occurred. Even though First On-site had many calls to deal with as a result of a major snow storm, Nicole took her time assessing damage, measuring for materials, and collecting information about construction and materials used. She then communicated a plan involving sub-trades that would do the work and time lines. We did not feel rushed during this visit. We were able to contact Nicole easily with questions and for co-ordinating repairs with our schedule. We are mostly impressed by Nicole’s referrals as they relate to the quality of the repair people and their companies.
