We just reached out to Dowle & Sons for help with ice damming on our roof, and it was a fantastic experience. They were so quick to communicate with us and tackle our problem. Christian did an excellent job removing heaps of snow from our roof and diligently removing the ice dam. He also was incredibly kind with his time, explaining the root causes of our issue and a number of steps we can take to prevent this same issue in the future.
