Amazing gym with an incredibly supportive staff. As a beginner, it’s not always easy to walk in and build confidence, but the coaches here have been extremely helpful, encouraging, and easy to work with. This has truly been a life-changing experience for me. I highly recommend joining and starting a positive journey toward better health.

Did a drop in this past weekend at CrossFit 1827. The owner Greg, and all the coaches + members were very welcoming. Awesome facility with plenty of space. Highly recommend this gym for anyone in the Guelph area!
