Betty is the only one I’ll let touch my hair. The other two girls did an awful job and or had bad customer service. The younger girl with all the piercings is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever interacted with, when I pay hundreds of dollars for a service I expect a relaxing atmosphere not constant ranting and tension between staff. I finally changed salons after one of the girls got hair dye ALL over my forehead and handed me a cloth and said wipe it off yourself..

Absolutely wonderful staff. Robin did an AMAZING job with my hair! She asked me lots of questions and did a bunch of checks throughout to make sure we were doing what I wanted while giving wonderful input. She's got an excellent eye and loads of talent!
