Dealing with Al's Appliances was a great experience right from the initial phone call to them. Everything was explained fully. A technician was booked within a 3 hour window and showed up promptly, after calling us to confirm an arrival time. The washer repair was done quickly and within the cost quoted. She even moved the stacked washer and dryer back into place after! I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my appliance repair needs.
