I rarely leave reviews so this is a real feature in their cap. Al's service from phone call to repair person was timely and super friendly. Courtney showed up on time and went straight to work and in 5 minutes had the problem diagnosed and repair belts were in the truck. A Maytag washer at 40 years old has never had a repair so a belt at this late age was a real relief . Amazing job. Hire these people 👍👍👍.

If you ever need appliance service in KW/Guelph, then this is the place to go. After dealing with a sketchy company, it was sooooo refreshing to deal with Al's. The technicians we had, Forest and Dave were over the top prompt, knowledgable and professional. From the person that answers the phone to the technicians that serviced the stove, I can't express how great it was to deal with them. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Al's Appliances is easily a five star business. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician, Forest, was knowledgeable, skilled and just lovely to have in our home.
