No words can describe the wonderful care I received while attending Waterview. Dr Kerry, and Emily helped reduce my pain and made my days less painful. I was on dialysis 4x a week waiting for a kidney. I knew I was weak and in alot of pain that needed professional help. Upon walking in I was greeted by smiling faces of the front desk that became like a family. Emily and the whole team really focused on my care and helped make me strong enough that I was finally able to tell the surgeon I was ready to be listed, and thankfully a few weeks later my gift was received. I've been seeing Kathryn (Welly) Hanenberg for massage therapy multiple times, and I can confidently say she's a true professional. She listens carefully to any complaints, requests, and preferences, and always asks thoughtful questions before each session to make sure she focuses on the right problem areas — so you walk out with exactly what you needed.
The atmosphere in her treatment room is fantastic. The music is relaxing, the vibe is calm, and time honestly flies by. Welly applies just the right amount of pressure and works through every muscle methodically, never missing a detail. The relief and lightness afterwards is immediate.

After undergoing knee replacement surgery, I was nervous about the recovery process, but working with Jordan and Chris soon put that to rest. Their care and guidance with exercise and questions through the whole process was fantastic .From day one, they encouraged me and the pep talks helped me get through the recovery process. I am pleased to say I have graduated from my program at Waterview and well on my way , pain free . I have recommended Waterview Physiotherapy and will continue to recommend Waterview Physiotherapy for all your needs.
