Thank you so much Tawnee! Your knowledge on makeup and skincare made it easy to shop in store as we were only passing through town for a special event yesterday. Just wanted to note, I'm proud to see an Indigenous employee at this store! Seeing the other reviews makes me saddened to see the scrutiny indigenous employees get, such a beautiful one at that, and clearly takes pride in herself and her workplace. People have nothing better to do when their miserable with themselves. Tawnee thank you for being attentive, honest, and providing realistic range between what we were looking for. Miriam helped me at the Sudbury Sephora the other day. She was absolutely amazing! You can tell she really truly cares about her job and helping customers find what they want and need. She went out of her way in a number of ways to help me find what I was looking for. She definitely went above and beyond what most sales people do. Sephora is lucky to have Miriam! Management should definitely hang onto an employee like that!

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. I love being greeted at the entrance and they're always smiling! I appreciate it. The only downside is they're usually out of products, but that isn't the staff's fault.
