I could not have asked for a better experience I had come in to get my hair fixed unfortunately I don't have a before picture but when I say it was bad it was bad but thank the gods for Julie and Alyssa they did an amazing job fixing it I am so in love with my hair definitely the nicest haircut and coloring job that I have ever had I will definitely be back ❤️ thanks so much to the platinum studio family for making me feel beautiful again ?

Lauren has been doing my hair for about 4 years. I always leave happy and feeling like my vision for what I want was executed perfectly. She is a master when it comes to colouring.
All of the stylists at Platinum are warm and welcoming, and truly good at what they do. I have nothing but good things to say about them and would highly recommend them.

I recently had Deb cut my hair in their downtown location, and the whole experience was outstanding. Deb listened to what I was looking for, provided her own suggestions, and I could tell she is very good at what she does. The attention to detail was very much appreciated by me, and I would definitely return next time. The price was very reasonable! As a side note, I did also visit their new location in Val Caron the week prior for a massage, and it is so modern, clean and beautiful!
