I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in the New Sudbury Center! Hernan and Jamie Lee were absolutely incredible, honestly above and beyond.
They were so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable the entire time. My girls are pretty active, and they handled everything with so much patience and kindness, which we really appreciated.
They were also down a staff member and still had a busy store, but you never would have known it with how well they managed everything. We never felt rushed and they took the time to make sure we were all happy with our choices.

I broke my glasses over the holidays and went in to the New Sudbury Mall LensCrafters location to see if I could get them fixed or replace the frame. All three opticians on duty were incredibly helpful. Sarah tried to fix them (they were kaput). Another staff member found a recently returned pair with the same frame and size. I got an almost new frame for free, and I cannot say enough how helpful and resourceful they all were. Plus we had a lovely time chatting while they were trying different solutions. 10/10 recommend the location and staff.

This is by far the best place to get glasses. The customer service is absolutely incredible. In addition, this store is able to charge directly to the insurance company, offers 30 days to pick the second pair with a discount, and the frames you receive are new, not what’s on the floor. I am very happy with the glasses and the overall experience and would not go anywhere else
