Kim was absolutely amazing in making me feel comfortable during my permanent eyeliner procedure. She made sure i was comfortable throughout.She is highly knowledgeable in application and educated me on the process and healing time. I can say i can absolutely trust her work as her lines are so precise and crisp and she listens to what results you wish to achieve. Kim knows her stuff, i would highly reccomendThank you!

This place is absolutely amazing. Krystal beauty is my go to, always. They've always done exactly what I've wanted without hesitation. I'd like to make a big shout out to the Krystal beauty staff in Chelmsford for always greeting me with a smile and making me feel comfortable when getting mani/pedi's done. Keep up the work, you guys are all amazing!
