I went to Gagnon today for the first time. Staff there are so friendly and efficient. Had my glasses in a few hours. Received a full explanation of my prescription. Highly recommend

Edit. The owner called and fixed everything to my satisfaction. Two weeks later and I still don't have my glasses. The lenses were delivered from the lab with a defect. While fixing the defect, they broke my frame and there isn't another available. Maybe the guy in the lab needs glasses?

I will admit I've always liked the service at Gagnon opticians. However, I made a recent visit to get a new set of frames for a secondary pair of glasses I have. I knew I'd be paying cash and not on my plan. One of the receptionist walked away and into the back and I could hear her whispering that he was the one, meaning me. At first I figured it was because we had a disagreement on my 2022 visit. So I dismissed it and went about getting a new set of frames. If I had Seen their notice about insurance coverage and responsibilities, I would have went somewhere else.
