We have been clients of Gagnon Opticians for many years. We've always had amazing experience and this past December was no exception. My husband broke his glasses a week before Christmas. I called the office and with the information and history on file, they were able to find a pair that would suit him, have them ready and shipped within a couple of days. Not only did the glasses fit him better than his original ones but they even offered to meet us during the Christmas holidays for a fitting if needed since we live 5 hours away. Best place to go in Sudbury hands down. I have a very challenging prescription and the staff are always extremely kind, professional and always go above and beyond. You will never be disappointed dealing with Amber and her team!

I was travelling and lost a lens out of my glasses. I was turned away elsewhere but Gagnon took me right in and had me a new lens within two hours. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate all their care and being able to make my return trip home safely. Thank you all soo much!!!
