The staff working in the self-checkout area were not helpful at all. We were required to scan a heavy bottle pack of water by lifting it ourselves, which was quite heavy. The staff member present, an elderly lady, simply watched us struggle and walked away without offering any assistance or even a basic courtesy like a smile.
In addition to the water, we had several other heavy items, and unfortunately, we had to scan everything on our own. The overall attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant. Self-checkout assistance should still include customer support, especially for heavy items.

I remember a chicken pot pie 30% bigger and 4 dollars cheaper.. This new smaller pie is terrible the chicken is so big it's gross.

I dont appreciate being yelled at to move by a cashier when it is extremely busy and Im trying to cross into the food court, but too many people are moving to the exit. Usually you guys are really good and nice, Im use to the rudness from customers but clearly this man should have taken the day off. An excuse me would be fine next time.

Wanted to shout out both Kim and Kyle at the Costco Sudbury location yesterday for dealing with me so patiently and professionally when I myself was not at my best. I appreciate the excellent customer service and extra time they had to spend with me to help with our membership rewards cheque. Thank you for helping me.
