I dealt with Emma on the phone and she was fabulous! She was able to send someone out the same day to deal with our issue. The electrician that came (whose name I've forgotten-sorry!) Was also great. Very thorough, capable and courteous. Thank you so much, I look forward to dealing with you in the future!
