I have used Gravenhurst Plumbing Heating and Electrical for many services including cleaning and servicing my furnace, HRV, air conditioner and gas fireplace, fixing my plumbing leak and most recently the install of a new garage heater.GPHE office staff and employees are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They have dropped everything and worked late to make sure a problem has been fixed for me on a few occasions.Definitely a company you can rely on in an emergency.It’s reassuring to know I have plumbing, electrical and heating all covered with one company. Truly a business that has a family feel that puts their customers first.

I recently bought a new house and needed a new furnace put in. I also needed a cable and jack installed for my electric car charger. The inside staff did a wonderful job helping me navigate rebates available, the best heat pump for my purposes and a plan to move forward. The installation was professional and the final product was as promised. I am very happy with the results. I find these days customer service is lacking, leaving you feeling like a number. This is not the case with GPHE. You can a true human, caring approach and quality they will back. I highly suggest them for all your house HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. I’ve used their services 2 times since owning our home. Always during an emergency during the weekend! Both times technicians fixed the issue and saved the day! Dan came out on a Sunday this time around and was able to fix the issues with our furnace not starting. Thank God it was a quick fix! DefinitelyWill use them again and recommend them to my friends and family!
