Fantastic service from the day I dropped my car off to yesterday when I picked it up. Had a tree fall on my car during ice storm and all though it was a very stressful time the entire team worked to make it as painless as possible. Fantastic job on my car and I wish I could give 10 stars for the customer service they gave. Thanks so much guys!
I recently had a tree branch fall on my truck. Carstar Gravenhurst arranged a truck rental for me and completed the repairs faster than expected. The quality of their work is second to none. I highly recommend them.
Recently working with this wonder establishment, for two separate incidents. They went above and beyond, got us in early for a quote, had our rental the next day, dealt with our insurance directly. most importantly honest, respectful, and very friendly. This team definitely takes pride in their work and customer service. We are very grateful we chose this place to have our suv repaired.
