This place is straight forward absurd and provides zero customer service. Called them for a price and honestly told them that I am shopping around to understand the fair market price for my project. They simply refused to provide a quote unless I disclose quotes from other vendors PRIOR to them providing me with a quote. Seriously? What's the purpose of asking for a quote and shopping for a best price/quality value for a customer if prospective vendor refuses to provide a quote? This is the first time I am seeing a business with unreasonable demands like this. Potential clients beware - this place does not seem to be interested in providing the best value to their clients through fair and transparent quoting process and only wants to make sure they get as much of your money as possible.

Thank you Vaughan Floors for the superb work you did for my most recent development project. This was a big project for me and Carlos and his crew were wonderful. Excellent workmanship on the flooring installation and my showroom looks fantastic! Keep up the good work - I have a few more projects coming down the pipeline and will connect with you shortly on my business flooring needs. I find it hilarious the few 1-star reviews - folks, Vaughan Floors business model is business-to-business. So folks wanting to walk in for samples etc - this isn't the place. And the last review from Fred G is too ridiculous - gave a 1star review because they wouldn't give underlayment samples...read full review

As contractor I deal with many places so I decided to give these folks a try.My customer saw a laminate color at lowes so when I showed the color to the girl working there, she said they don't provide samples!When asked for sample underlayment (as I needed to submit to condo board), she replied they only sell by role.For laminate sample she said I should go to lowes. Well, if I go there to get samples, why I need her service then.On top of all those, dog was barking non-stop in shop.Suggestion to whoever running that pathetic shop: perhaps you need to open a pet shop instead of flooring shop as obviously you have no clue how to run a business.
