Our dishwasher leaked. without us noticing. until the water broke through the ceiling in our basement bedroom. It caused damage to the ceiling, wall, and floor in that room and also the hardwood floor in our kitchen. I remembered dealing with them in the past, so on a Saturday morning, I made the call and within an hour of my call, I had the Project manager at my home. Half an hour after that he had a plumber in to disconnect the dishwasher and 1/2 an hour later he had a team in to dry up the water and spray disinfectant so mold would not grow. The work done to restore our ceiling after water damage was excellent. The workers took the time to carefully prep and cover, then drywall and paint. It looked perfect at the end. Ivan and Jessica were completely professional and detailed as well as being friendly and courteous Thank you

This is from 2023 This was my first time using Restoration Canada, and I must say, it was a very good choice. From the very first telephone call, I could tell that this would be a great relationship, and I was correct. Overall, all the workers were very respectful, clean and honest. There were days when I had to leave my house, and I was not afraid to leave the workmen in the house.
