I was so impressed by your salon by the location of the country setting, your updated equipment in your salon and you high standards of cleanliness and your brillant haircuts and colours that brought me back there for my appintment today. Today was special for me as I was feeling down and I know you were busy with clients and I have every time I have into the salon you pick up on peoples feeling, well today you certainly picked up on mine. I had told you the last time I was as the salon I had that one of your client had called with an unscheduled appointment and fitted her to a few hightslight in the front of her hair. She looked beautiful just by doing the highlights. Today you suggest that I get some done today even though you were really busy. You fitted me in between your clients. I did not mine waiting long because I had a chance to meet some of your clients and jeard how happy they were with your services. I believe you had a 5 people come through during the time. Everyone was happy to see you and had lots of fun talking to you. You care about your clients dearly. Everone of your clients went home happy. The most happy person was me because the highlights that you put in my hair are beautiful. As you know my husband was waiting for me outside your salon.
