“We hired Benmiller Construction and Insulation to complete the insulation part of some major home repairs. Steve was able to step up and offer some very knowledgeable advice and creative solutions after examining extensive damage that our much older home sustained to the roof and walls caused by ice damming, after an unusually heavy winter. He did not shy away from some of the challenges that a much older home and a reckless restoration company left behind. He worked closely and cooperatively with our previously hired contractor to discuss, plan and share the workload. Additionally, he made himself available to consult with our contractor after already meeting with us, the homeowners. We were especially impressed with his willingness to squeeze us in and send his crew to complete the spray foam insulation part of the job, once our contractor had prepped all the necessary areas in our home. This allowed our contractor to return very shortly after and continue on with completion of the much needed renovations. Steve's crew later returned to complete some other blow-in insulation for us to ensure our home won't have a repeat of what happened last winter. We already notice a big improvement in how our home holds its temperature both when the air conditioning is running in the hot weather and when the heat is on as the weather gets colder.
