I came in with dark brown hair and highlights and somehow he managed to take me all the way to basically a solid white blonde WITHOUT my hair falling out or feeling completely fried, and then gave me the most gorgeous royal blue/dark purple hair ever. The fact that he was able to get my hair that light, keep it healthy, and then make the blue this vibrant genuinely shows how skilled he is and how much he actually cares about his clients and their hair.
