Star Nails & Spa is a long-standing, family-run business and a favorite nail place for many. Customers report having the best experience, with excellent and impeccable service. The nail techs, including one described as fantastic and exceptional, take their time and pay super close attention to details. The salon is customer friendly, offering great quality and affordable services. Appointments are better, but walk-ins are possible. Employees handle difficult situations professionally. It is a highly recommended place to go to be pampered.
Kim is amazing! 5 ⭐ for her abilities and knowledge. I wish all her staff was as good as she is. She is a wizard when it comes to my calloused feet and ingrown toenails!She could probably benefit from an updated colour selection but I am never disappointed when Kim takes care of me. She also does a great job when I get ombre too.
I went for the first time today and had the best experience. Johnny was my nail tech and gave me a manicure and shellac application. He took his time and paid super close attention to details. I’ve been to a few nail salons around Ottawa, but definitely had the best experience here. I will 100% be going back!
