“Due to the age and condition of our roof, we needed a roofing company to completely replace our roof. We have benefited from the services of Roger Lauzon on behalf of Roofmaster over the last twenty years and retained him to advise us and lead the project.

The work was challenging as the weather in Ottawa has become increasingly unpredictable and the job entailed removing everything down to drywall. The project also involved scheduling the contribution of two companies providing spray insulation and electrical services.

The work performed by Roger Lauzon and his team was excellent. In addition to rebuilding the roof they also took steps to protect the house when there was a threat of rain. The job was finished on time. Throughout Roger shared pictures of the progress of his work, answered our questions, raised issues we had not thought of, and deployed a great sense of humour!

“We have used Bestcan for a few renovations. A few years ago we had them replace windows and was very pleased with their work. In January 2024 we hired them to do a complete renovation on our bathroom. Bill Mann arranged everything. Vitali and Alex came to do the work. They were very professional. They are very pleasant, hardworking, trustworthy and dependable and always cleaned up at the end of their workday. Vitali and Bill always answered any questions or concerns we had.

The bathroom turned out beautiful. We love it! So in May 2024 we hired them again to remove our 40+ years carpet from our living room and hallway and replace it with vinyl flooring. They did another great job! Very professional and pleasant! We would definitely use them again for any other future renovations.
