I used Ottawa Moving Logistics for my last move and could not be happier with the service. Adam was super efficient and did a facetime call with me so I could show him the contents of my house and give him the ability to provide me with the most accurate quote. He was very responsive and acted very quickly. On moving day, I had a 3 man crew, Eric, Logan and Mark. They were all absolutely amazing. They all worked extremely carefully to not damage any of our belongings and made our move so easy and free of stress. They were all super polite and helpful with any questions I had. If I ever move again, I would specifically ask for that crew. Thank you again to this amazing company for everything!
I had a small move across town. About a week before the move, I filled out Ottawa Moving Logistics online and they were very quick to respond. Sent me the agreement over e-mail so I had a chance to read it and look up a few things On the day, 2 guys showed up within the first half of the 2-hour arrival window. Friendly and professional guys. They're experienced movers with the right tools (not to mention strong), so they were very efficient. All pieces were wrapped securely. The drive was quick and unloading was just as uneventful. Great experience.
