Brought my car in for an oil change but ended up having other things to deal with(a used car). Didn't have to wait long for an appointment, and got a ride back to work after bringing my car in
Was fast but nothing out of the ordinary, my previous Kia service center in Alberta was exceptional. Ok ! It’s an oil change but I’m used to having more then just a bill. A hello ? and a smile ? just basic customer service enthousiasme.
