The experience was mixed. They have very poor communication between whoever makes the contract and the post crew and then the actual fence crew. The fence crew had no idea I was getting a pool fence as per the contract. There were several code violations that we had to fix, and we had a disagreement about the door swing that resulted in a 10 email along argument about if it's my fault or theirs. In the end all issues were fixed but I had to pay for one of them. One of the posts also resulted in the fence not being straight line, I was not able to understand when I asked them why they did it. Highly recommend Ideal Fence! Our sales rep, Brandon, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Install went well: posts were put up one day and then the fence was built 2 days later. We are very happy with the final result.

The crew is very professional, respectful, dependable and left the premises in an exceptional cleanliness.
