We used this company about 2-3 years ago for an aluminum pool fence. Over this winter we had a couple brackets break from some minor panel movement (I assume due to freeze-thaw cycle) and they came to the house to fix it right away for us, no questions asked. Great service and great product still years later!

We had a shared fence with our neighbours installed by Ideal Fence Ottawa crews last fall. After an initial online quote for the job, their salesperson Brandon came out to inspect the site. He prepared prepared a final contract which was acceptable in cost and detailed work to be performed. With the fence installation season closing by the end of November, it was important to get the work done ASAP. First, a crew came out to remove the old wooden fence and install the posts for Vinyl fencing at the exact locations we asked for. They left a very tidy site.
