But from the moment Chris answered my texts and up until Dave was out the door today it was impressive. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, polite and paying attention to the smallest details. Even the machines and tools Dave used today were spotless clean, not a spec of dust on them! Today we used chem dry. The employee Ryan arrived on time. Before doing the job, he took the time to look at the carpet to be cleaned and to confirm the price. We really appreciated that. While cleaning the carpet Ryan was very attentive at what he was doing and making sure to remove stains when possible. He worked well and in a professional manner. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. We were very satisfied with his job and recommend him and this company. Thank you!
