We had our Mazda3 repaired here through our insurance company and they did a great job. Paint was blended seamlessly to the adjacent panels. Communication is definitely their strong suit. We dealt with Victoria throughout this repair and we really appreciated the twice weekly call to update us on the status of our vehicle. I did call twice and both times had very minimal wait times and even though I didn't end up speaking with Victoria, the staff were able to provide me with the information I needed. Impeccable customer service!

Been waiting months for parts for my 2024 CRV and the Team at Assured has been providing bi-weekly updates and I have to say specifically Michaela’s sense of humour has made the whole situation so much easier. Keep up the great work I can’t wait to see the final product!
