After reviewing a couple of quotes we chose VK Roofing for our extensive roof repair/replacement work in Georgetown South. Anthony was very helpful on the specific requirements of our situation (matching the other company’s assessment and at a lower cost). .
In just a couple of days they were able to replace the roof (including the sagging plywood underneath), upgrade the ventilation, and blow in the insulation. They even handled the paperwork for our insulation rebate.
The work itself was fast and professional, and the job site was kept very clean throughout the process.

I hired Anthony at VK Roofing to add insulation to my attic, and the difference has been incredible. My home retains both cool and warm air much better now, and we've noticed a significant improvement in comfort.
Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to provide honest recommendations and on-the-spot quotes for other items such as shingles, soffits, and eavestroughs.
As a realtor in Georgetown, I recently had him inspect a property for my buyer clients during their conditional period. He promptly attended the home, completed a thorough inspection, and provided a professional opinion that was extremely helpful and gave my clients added peace of mind.
Great company that handled our eavestroughs and roof work. They were very professional and knowledgeable followed through in all aspects of the job. They were easy to work with, fairly priced, remained on schedule, and very friendly.
