5 Elements Yoga School
“5 Elements is a beautiful studio in a country setting! I appreciated Michelle's wonderful guidance as she gently invited us to go to an edge and stretch. This not only opened my heart more and got the kinks out, but also helped me to expand. Loved the choice of music too. Savasana was extended and complimented with sound healing gong vibrations that went right to the core. That was powerful and at the same time relaxing and refreshing. Michelle's Slow Flow class is awesome! Thank you Michelle, and I plan to attend again!”
