Loanne, the owner, is incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. She genuinely cares about her clients and makes sure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set the tone for the entire salon.
The entire team is wonderful, but I would especially like to highlight Sue, who is truly exceptional. She is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and consistently delivers beautiful results. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and treats every client with care and respect.
The salon is clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and the team works together seamlessly. You always feel valued here, and the level of service is consistently excellent.

“Our first visit was to get my 4yr olds ears pierced; Yuka did a great job explaining everything to my daughter and making sure she was comfortable with the process. I loved that even though she was explaining after care to me, she was speaking directly to my daughter.“
