Negligence is the first word that comes to mind. After being told it was nothing serious, rolling her eyes and tossing her hands in the air like a child, I took my son to another walk-in and was told it was, in fact, serious. Pure incompetence and disregard for patients. Do not be a practitioner if you do not enjoy helping people.
Almost don’t want to make this review because I don’t want this clinic to get busier and lose its magic… but nonetheless, here it is. All of the staff at this clinic, from the clinic reception, to the doctors, to the pharmacy workers, are incredibly attentive, professional, and kind. They are efficient and I’m usually in and out whether I have an appointment or not. Dr Sad is the best family physician I’ve ever had and I hope to continue having great experiences at this clinic for years to come. Originally I wanted a female family doctor but the doctors here make me feel very safe and there are always females available for sensitive situations.
A special thank you to Nancy, one of the receptionists, for always being polite and fitting us in when we are in dire-need of assistance.
