It was a great learning experience with decent pay. However, management in terms of plant manager and HR are manipulative and liars. This company seems to hire workers preferably from an agency and lay them off towards the end of the year when production is slow. Don't get tricked by the HR lady saying that they will eventually hire you, cause it unlikely, unless if you're making a low salary. At the end of the day no matter how hard you work its a business. They take advantages of hard workers only making 17, 18ish dollars. BRC Group did it again! Although the requests were a bit complicated the specification and installation was a breeze. This is a downtown Chicago project were BRC was able to provide all of the custom locker banks with digital locks as well as all of the storage in the private offices that seamlessly blends with the Herman Miller height adjustable tables. They were able to meet the budget and delivered beautiful product. The client is very pleased! Looking forward to working with them again on any upcoming furniture needs.

BRC is a very well priced laminate product line providing furniture for a large project during the pandemic on time and with no damages! Able to customize their product to meet all design requirements easily!
