The company is highly recommended for any project, big or small, and is considered absolutely worth any wait.
We enjoyed working with Brian and his team and the results they create so much, we had him come back and do more and probably will again! The project started with us needing a new retaining wall, driveway, and wanting to waterproof the exterior of the foundation to our house. We now have a mini oasis in the back with a hot tub properly installed, a lovely seating and outdoor dining area complete with a drop down movie screen, hanging chairs, and a permanent aerial silks frame with excellent padding underneath for safety on top of the stunning driveway and retaining wall, front sitting area complete with rocking chairs, and improved lighting. And the deck was build in a way that it should last maintenance free for many, many years. None of this was Brian trying to upsell me. Brian was never shy about having the conversations about where we were at in terms of the budget, how things were going, and had no issues with keeping me in the loop. He was thoughtful about how his work might impact us when the front steps had to be removed. He worked with my crazy ideas making them a reality and he had some great suggestions of his own (who else is asking to install a permanent aerial silks rig?) Things he didn't have an expertise in, he had professionals he could call and schedule in for us instead of just muddling through, because of his commitment to quality. His network of trusted trades was really helpful in achieving this in a timely manner and I'm not sure if we called them directly if we would have had them here in such a timely manner. I was also really thankful for his help selecting and planting plants that suit not only the space but my level of neglect too. :) The one time there was something that ended up not being as expected, he fixed it right away without complaint when it was mentioned to him. He didn't make it awkward or place blame elsewhere. In the size of job we did, I'm shocked at how little went wrong. The neighbours appreciated how clean he and his team were. Brian and team swept up every day, and always took the time to make the place tidy when leaving. And on the day or two with a lot of dusty cutting for that diagonal pattern in the driveway and front seating area, he washed the down anything he though he got dust on including the neighbours car...and warned them before cutting that they might want to close their window to avoid getting a lot of dust inside. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Brian and his team to anyone and so thankful my neighbour recommended him when a different landscaper backed out of the job. Brian and his team usually have a fairly long waiting list. They are absolutely worth waiting for. I feel bad that we got to using the back area so quickly, I don't have photos without people in them to share.
