Excellent store with a wide variety of pet supplies. Amazing owners who are valuable members of the community that help out animals in need consistently (including the Gananoque Humane Society).

Great store good prices, and when I accidentally bought the wrong dog food they took it back even though there was a bowl out of it and gave me a full refund. Great store Great people and great energy

I have been using this pet store for almost 9 years and in that time I have never had a bad experience. Every one of their staff has been kind, informative, and helpful. And not even the pandemic has changed that.
