Can’t say enough about Ian’s business. Today I had an urgent brake issue and I dropped by the shop. Despite their busy schedule, Ian took time to quickly identify the problem. He asked if I could leave the car for few hours. I did and he promised that Amber would call me back in an hour and she did. They fixed the problem.
What’s amazing about this repair shop is that they keep their promises which is not common these days. What I like the most and highly recommend to others is that Ian will give you the truth about what your vehicle’s issues are and Amber will keep track of the repairs to make sure that the promise is kept.
